Originally from England, Jaqui Bellenie has lived in the East Bay, California, since 1995. Knowledgeable about the Bay Area’s various communities, she has personally bought and sold several houses in the East Bay and is eager to use her expertise to help others purchase their ideal homes. Attuned to the local market, Jaqui is a skilled negotiator who can accurately assess any property’s value.
Prior to receiving her real estate license, Jaqui had the privilege of mentoring with a top-producing agent in 2021. Due to her upbringing abroad and her love of travel, she has a particular interest in helping clients who are relocating from overseas. As a mother of four, Jaqui understands the true financial and emotional value of a home and is passionate about helping others achieve the financial security that homeownership provides.
In addition to her role as a real estate professional, Jaqui has worked as a flight attendant for a domestic carrier. Through this position, she continued to hone her exceptional communication skills while fostering positive customer relations. Jaqui consistently draws on her experiences as a flight attendant to deliver outstanding client care and facilitate smooth real estate transactions.
Passionate about architecture with a lifelong love of real estate, Jaqui is excited to transition careers. With over 20 years of retail and customer service experience, she is well equipped to meet all of her clients’ real estate needs. Outside of work, Jaqui enjoys running, growing vegetables, working on her house, and traveling.
