Kylie is a sixth-generation East Bay local who, aside from a four-year stint in College Station, Texas to attend Texas A&M University, has lived in and loved the San Francisco Bay Area her whole life!

Kylie is an enthusiast of all things local and community and her genuine passion is to help people discover, get involved in, and thrive in their communities. Through her experience as a full-time residential real estate agent and deep-rooted local knowledge, Kylie lives to introduce her clients and friends to homes, neighborhoods, cities/towns, and the lifestyle they have always dreamed of!

Kylie’s clients always become friends and friends always become clients, remarking that Kylie’s upbeat, positive personality coupled with her superior communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills make her the absolute best asset when buying or selling any kind of home in any place. She takes great pride in listening to and understanding her clients’ needs/desires and following through on every detail. Kylie is passionate about being a resource for homeowners in every stage of life and the homeownership process: How To Homeown is her personal publication and is available to anyone who is interested in the home buying and selling process.

Kylie is the Founder of the local organization of dog lovers called East Bay Doodles and the President of the San Francisco Bay Area Texas A&M Association of Former Students Club, the opportunities and joy that have been a result of finding her community has changed her life in ways she could not have ever imagined possible. To be able to be the first point of contact to help people create their ideal lifestyle through community is why she does what she does.
