Well prepared for the work, Erika’s professional credits include a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s in sport psychology, and 25 years’ experience as a mental skills coach for elite athletes. She communicates a winning philosophy to her clients, keeping them up on all the details to give them confidence on the path to their goals.
Erika’s specialty is equestrian real estate. From a family that’s been in the horse business for generations, she has been a competitive rider and has imported, owned, and sold horses. Through more than 40 years in the Bay Area, she’s visited properties ranging from quaint, two-acre residences with a few horses to enormous training facilities hosting trainers, staff, and clients. Buyers and sellers of such assets can be assured that Erika knows their business and can find their perfect property.
In her spare time, Erika still rides several days a week to stay fit and help every horse be their best. She’s proud of her three children: Ryan, who enjoys the outdoors in Montana, plays bass guitar, and is active in his church; Jessica, who is studying health and wellness; and Catalina, a working student in the horse industry and a rider who hopes to compete in the National Collegiate Equestrian Association.
