Born and raised in the Tri Valley, there is hardly an area Delaney is not familiar with. This native has lived in and explored most of the Bay Area neighborhoods, and knows what makes each one unique. Assisting all types of clients from first time home buyers to investors, Delaney is very passionate about helping each find their place in the world.
Delaney obtained her real estate license shortly after graduating from San Francisco State University where she earned a bachelor’s in business management. Delaney is passionate about helping people, her love to serve has led her to volunteer for organizations including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Giants Enterprise and the SPCA. Growing up in a household with her father in construction, she has always had a keen interest in real estate, design, and a natural ability to see a home's full potential. Spending most of her college career traveling and working she has learned the importance of relationships and community.
