Meet Heather

Heather MacFarland is an experienced real estate agent with a passion for providing concierge services to all her clients. Over the past 15 years, Heather has worked in competitive residential markets across the United States providing guidance and expertise in the sales and purchases of residential real-estate and now resides in Pleasanton.

Heather prides herself on always putting her clients first and striving to help them reach their personal real estate goals. Heather has advanced degrees and certifications in Business Administration, International Finance, Negotiations, and divorce-related real estate transactions, where she provides additional assurance to clients that all sensitive transactions are conducted professionally, and with compassion and care.

In her free time Heather likes to run and hike throughout the Bay Area with her husband, four grown(ish) children and three pups. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and does so by working with community agencies such as the United Way and her local school districts.
