Meet Cherie

After more than 20 years as a corporate professional, Cherie transitioned into real estate full-time—bringing with her a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others make smart, confident decisions. Cherie’s journey started with short-term rentals and quickly expanded into full-scale property flips, new construction, and raising private capital for real estate investments. Today, Cherie is proud to wear multiple hats as an investor, builder, capital raiser and now a licensed California realtor with Elation.

Having personally bought, sold, renovated, and managed numerous properties, Cherie brings a practical and experienced perspective to every transaction. She knows what it’s like to be her my clients’ shoes—whether they’re searching for their first home, preparing to sell, or exploring real estate as a way to grow their wealth. Cherie’s goal is to make the process feel approachable, empowering, and even a little fun (yes, it’s possible!).

Fueled by her own passion for real estate investing, she loves guiding first-time buyers through their first home purchase and supporting anyone who wants an agent who gets both the numbers and the emotions behind a real estate decision.  Cherie is all about transparency, strategy, getting results and enjoying the process - because buying or selling real estate should be a fun experience!

When she’s not helping clients or managing investment projects, you can find her perfecting her sourdough bread game (self-proclaimed Sourdough Guru), working in her garden (where the produce sometimes cooperates), exploring local hiking trails, or spending quality time with friends or her husband, Art.
